Only 57days until the 2009 IIHF World Junior Championship
Every year I wake up at crazy hours of the morning to watch our Juniors play. Sometimes 4:00 start then have to go to work all day. You know what, I would do this every year. For some reason I seem to look forward to the World Juniors more than any other hockey event. I have not watched the final game for the Stanley cup in the past 2 years, even though I am a huge hockey fan(Unless my Canucks are in the finals but...that doesn't happen). I would never think about missing the Juniors though. I have a group of pals which every year we do the same thing (usually get drunk and party, but it's all about the Juniors. It's a huge tradition that keeps growing stronger for my family and friends. We never miss any of the Canadian Team games, and this year will be no different. The big bonus, we are in Ottawa. Lookin forward to it, the count down is on!!
